Gorgon Project – Barrow Island

  • Produce, sort, and load out 1.8 million tonnes of armour rock into stockpiles for marine works.

    Work included 24-hour production scheduling, stockpile management, and loading materials using newly adopted weighing-system technology.

Roy Hill – Bridge Abutment Construction Works

  • MCS (Mobile Concreting Solutions)

  • Sort, produce, and stockpile armour rock in multiple size classes.

    Cart and place material on bridge abutments where the Roy Hill train crosses a river.

    Excavation of footing areas prior to rock placement.

  • Successfully completed within a 6-month program, safely and to specification.

    Provided full crushing, sorting, transport, and placement services.

    • 4–5 excavators operating concurrently

    • Multiple armour rock size classes produced and placed

    • Combined crushing, sorting, haulage and construction works delivered

Spoilbank Marina – Port Hedland

  • Holcim (working under Pilbara Ports Authority infrastructure scope)

  • Sort, manage, and load out 120,000 tonnes of armour rock in multiple grades, including pieces up to 10 tonnes.

    Work required specialised cutting methods and different machinery setups for varied rock sizes.

  • Delivered safely, efficiently, and with high consistency across all size categories.

    Maintained strong production under variable rock conditions.

Mineral Resources – Yadjinup Stemming Contract

  • Mineral Resources (MRL)

  • Produce stemming material, create stockpiles, load, haul and deliver directly to Yadjinup mine site using Yule Works’ own road trains.

    Full supply & delivery contract, including production, QA, logistics and on-site offloading.

  • Consistently delivered high-quality stemming material over an extended period with no interruptions and no safety incidents.

      • 10,000 tonnes of stemming delivered over the past 18 months

      • Self-performed production, sorting, loading, and delivery

      • Road-train fleet used for all haulage

      • 0 LTIs
